Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship from Union Grove, North Carolina.

  • New Jersey: we do not ship any SŌK product to New Jersey. Orders with a New Jersey address cannot be completed at checkout.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, APO/FPO and international addresses: we ship to these addresses. Delivery there costs more, so these orders include the added shipping cost, shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery also takes longer.

Laws on defense sprays vary by state and city. Please check the laws where your order is going before you buy. We may cancel and refund any order we believe would be shipped to, or used in, a place where it is not allowed. See our Legal & Safety page.

Processing time

Orders ship as soon as possible after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping methods and rates

SŌK is a pressurized aerosol, so it ships by ground or surface service only. Overnight and air shipping are not available.

  • USPS Ground Advantage for most orders.
  • UPS Ground for larger orders.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and address.

Free shipping

Orders over $100 ship free within the contiguous United States. The order total is counted after discounts and before taxes. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, APO/FPO and international addresses include the added cost of shipping to those addresses.

Large orders

For orders of more than 50 pieces, please contact us for a shipping quote before ordering. Agencies, departments and dealers are welcome to ask about volume shipping.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number.

Lost or damaged packages

Please check your address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly.

If your package arrives damaged, or tracking shows it delivered and you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We'll work with the carrier and make it right. Damaged or defective products are covered in our Refund Policy.
